Kirk Acevedo (born November 27, 1971) is an American actor. Notable is his portrayal of Miguel Alvarez in the HBO series Oz, Joe Toye in Band of Brothers and his role as FBI Agent Charlie Francis in the science-fiction series Fringe from 2008 onwards.
